What do you like best about Fastcall?

Email notification are very good. Unliky other call systmens used (eg.Natterbox) it intergrates far better with salesforce and shows who has called or texted you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastcall?

Serveal issues whilst in use. Often get second dials coming through whilst on an active call. Or, do not hear the call and get a voicemail even if the line is not in use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fastcall solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very good intergration with Saleforce allowing ease and makes for an effiecnt experience. Knowing who has called and being able to press the hyperlink in Fastcall email (for text and missed calls) to take you staright back to Saleforece without the need to search as with other call operators Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
