"Fast Simon Success With Our BigCommerce Search and Merchandising"

What do you like best about Fast Simon?

Fast Simon has been a helpful addition to our BigCommerce store, especially when it comes to improving product search and helping customers find the products they are looking for. The platform gives us a lot of flexibility in how products are presented and merchandised, and it integrates well with BigCommerce.

I also like that there are tools available to make changes to merchandising and promotions without having to make extensive changes to the website itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fast Simon?

We signed up through a referral from a website company we’re working with, and getting the payment/auto-pay set up has not been easy. We really like how it has transformed our website, and we’re worried about an abrupt stop in service if this doesn’t get straightened out. What problems is Fast Simon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fast Simon helps us improve the shopping experience on our BigCommerce website by making it easier for customers to search, browse, and find relevant products. It also gives us more control over merchandising and how products are presented to customers.
