What I like most about FarEye is the Global Search Module, which provides an overall view of the shipment flow and makes it easier to track the progress of shipments. Another feature I appreciate is the easy downloading of different reports, which is very helpful for a logistics company in monitoring and tracking both inbound and outbound shipments.

The UI/UX of FarEye is user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially the dropdown modules, which make it convenient to access and select the necessary information.

The integration of FarEye with the QuickSight Dashboard that we also utilize is working well. It allows us to effectively use the shipment data for monitoring and reporting.

In terms of performance, the tools that allow users to upload Excel files make the work more efficient and help simplify the process.

One area that could be improved is the website performance, particularly when the internet connection is slow. There are instances when the system becomes less responsive, which can affect the efficiency of completing tasks.
