Very nice. It’s becoming much easier to access, and overall it’s been good. I like High-Definition POD & RVP Attachment Viewer: The ability to render raw, uncompressed captured images directly in the web portal lets me zoom in on shipping labels and flyer serial numbers. That single capability helps eliminate physical scan disputes and makes it easy to verify right away whether a returned shipment was swapped or incorrectly picked up. Field associates are significantly more vigilant with physical pickup tagging because they know label serial numbers and flyer IDs are audited in full resolution. Current issue: When field staff operate in low-connectivity areas, status updates and payment collection triggers queue locally in OTM. Once they reconnect, sync events are pushed in a batch, but the FarEye dashboard logs don’t always clearly or immediately distinguish queue delays from failed API payload transmissions. Sometimes it also doesn’t respond on time, likely due to a technical glitch. This impacts staff wait time and can delay or hold deliveries, since real-time sync should happen as soon as OTM successfully syncs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
