FACTS Grant & Aid has simplified our process for managing our financial aid decisions each year. The application includes pertinent information and offers the ability to add custom questions. It is great to rely on an unbiased team to review applications and make recommendations based on data provided. Having an outside group involved provides reassurance to our families about the process as well. Any time I've had to speak with a FACTS support representative, they've been helpful in answering my questions and explaining how the financials are analyzed.
