The account timeline is the part I'd miss most. Being able to open a company and see every touch in order, across people and across weeks, is what makes the data actually usable instead of just interesting. Most tools give you a list of companies that visited. Factors gives you the story of how they got there.
The LinkedIn integration is the other standout. It's native, not a workaround, so I can build ad audiences from site intent and then see whether those accounts came back. As a one-person marketing team, I don't have time to stitch that together across three tools.
Setup was also faster than I expected. Script on the site, connect HubSpot and LinkedIn, and we had useful data in days rather than a quarter-long implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI takes longer to learn than it should. The views are powerful but hard to navigate, and I still land in the wrong place regularly.
The Slack alerts also need work. Slack gives you a very small preview space, and Factors fills it with information that isn't readable at a glance. Company name, page visited, and why it matters would be enough. Right now I have to click into the app to know whether an alert is worth my attention, which cancels out the point of having it in Slack at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
