What do you like best about Factor 8?

Factor 8 takes its attendees as they are. I’ve always felt welcomed and encouraged to bring my whole self—imperfections and all—to every session. Between the community and the facilitation, each conversation and topic feels safe, supportive, and open to honest communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factor 8?

The only downside was that I occasionally had required work meetings scheduled at the same time as the Factor 8 sessions, which meant I missed the live sessions. The recordings were great and definitely helped, but there’s nothing quite like being there for the session in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Factor 8:

Factor 8 really is for everyone. Whether you’re brand new in your role or have 10+ years in your career, there’s something here for you. If you want to invest not only in your career, but also in yourself, Factor 8 is a great place to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Factor 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I attended Girls Club through Factor 8 over a year ago, and it has greatly impacted the way I think about myself as a woman in the workplace. It gave me a fresh lens when working with new hires by teaching me effective coaching techniques and how to communicate my thoughts in a productive way.

I also had the pleasure of attending an Enablement and Revenue master class training workshop through Factor 8 recently, and it has been extremely impactful. It’s helping my team as we recreate our onboarding program, while also allowing me to plan training that extends beyond onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
