What do you like best about Factbird?

Factbird is very quick and easy to set up. One of the biggest advantages for us is how easily existing sensor signals can be connected and read into the system. This allows you to start collecting real production data within a very short time and quickly gain transparency into your machines and processes.

Another major strength is the customer service. The Factbird team was very friendly, responsive and helpful, both during the initial setup and later when troubleshooting issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factbird?

The main limitation for us is the analysis and reporting functionality. While the standard functionality provides a good starting point, we would like to have more flexibility to customize the analysis to our specific requirements. In particular, a stronger alignment with the SEMI E10 standard would be very valuable for our use case.

Because of these limitations, we will most likely complement Factbird with additional Power BI reporting to create the detailed and customized analyses we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Factbird solving and how is that benefiting you?

Factbird has significantly reduced the manual effort required for downtime tracking. Downtime is now detected automatically, so operators only need to enter the corresponding reason. This makes data collection much more complete and reliable and gives us a better basis for accurate OEE calculation and loss analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
