What do you like best about FaceUp?

I set up FaceUp at our company and I am the admin for it. Setup was quick and easy, no IT project needed. The admin side is clear - reports come in one place and its obvious what to do with them. The interface is intuitive so nobody needed training, we just sent the link. Support always answered fast when I had a question. And the most important part for us: everything stays confidential, so people actually feel safe to speak up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Honestly I did not find any issues so far. Everything worked as expected, nothing broke and we did not run into any real limitation. For me the platform was very easy to use, so I have no real complaints to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a proper anonymous channel where people can report something without being afraid. Before that the only way was informal, you go to your manager, and not everybody wants to do that. Now things reach us early so we can fix them before they get bigger. It also helps with openness in general, people see that speaking up is normal and that it is taken serious.
