What do you like best about FaceCruit?

Just saves so much time. And has also helped me hire people that showed character in a short video response, that would otherwise have not made the shortlist based on written CV alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceCruit?

They're a fairly young company so there are occasionally a couple of bugs that pop up but their customer service is great and they always sort them out straight away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FaceCruit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small business and hiring/recruitment seems to take up a huge amount of time - Facecruit has more than halved the time we take shortlisting candidates and more again in the interview process, as we tend not to include as many on the interview calendar having had many of our questions already answered to camera.
