## Facebook Reviews
  ### 1. Keeps me connected with friends and family, though the feed can get cluttered

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ALI A. | ALI, Logistics and Supply Chain, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

The algorithm does a great job of surfacing life updates from friends and family that I actually care about, while the 'Memories' feature adds a nice nostalgic touch. Additionally, the Marketplace is incredibly convenient for buying and selling locally without needing a separate app.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

Facebook is the overwhelming volume of ads and suggested content that clogs up the main feed. It often feels like I have to dig through multiple sponsored posts and 'Recommended For You' pages just to see a handful of updates from my actual friends and family. Additionally, the notification system can be overly aggressive, sending alerts for irrelevant activity while sometimes missing important ones.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the problem of geographic distance and fragmented communication. Before using it, I had to maintain separate group chats, email chains, and photo-sharing apps to stay in touch with different circles of friends and family.

  ### 2. Powerful Reach for Promoting My Business to a Targeted Audience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin K. | Pastor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I like using Facebook to promote my business to a greater audience. I'm able to reach more targeted nich specific to my product and service.
I use Facebook everyday because it is easy to post and running paid ads is quick to implement with full app integration with WhatsApp and messanger. customer support is quick and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

It is very difficult to get your stats on paid ads and it takes too long to load everytime you want to see a campaign or ad data.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me present my business and service to many instead of one at a time. User interface is pretty easy and straight forward. Customer service is helpful and easy. Can use and sync all my devices.

  ### 3. Connecting with Friends and Family Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill L. | Vice President of Sales and Operations, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I like how Facebook allows me to store photos and create albums of trips and events. It's great that I can easily share or tag family and friends, making these albums accessible to everyone. I also appreciate the ability to save and store memories, which we often look back on for family events or parties to pull photos from. Additionally, the initial setup of Facebook was simple and took only a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I wish you could customize the news feed more - so it could just show most recent all the time - it's better than seeing some new and some old when scrolling. There should be an option in the settings to show the most recent posts from family and friends, allowing you to deselect businesses or pages that you follow if needed.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Facebook to stay connected with friends and family, see photos, chat, and video call. It allows me to store and share memories through photos and albums, providing an accessible way to look back on events with loved ones.

  ### 4. Share and connect easily with Facebook

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco Javier R. | Professor, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I like Facebook because I can share many multimedia files (photos, videos, text, quick messages, audio, etc.) with my family, friends, acquaintances, and also with celebrities. This allows me to stay up to date on where they are and what they are doing, among other things.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

Lately, Facebook has too much advertising. That bores me, especially when the ads have nothing to do with my interests or activities.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to being a platform for sharing specific interests according to each person, Facebook is also useful for buying and selling a wide variety of goods and services, which is especially practical for both companies and entrepreneurs.

  ### 5. Connect and Communicate Easily with Facebook

I also like how easy the initial setup is and how you log into the platform.

There is nothing I don't like, everything is very simple and easy to use.

Facebook facilitates and streamlines communication with my loved ones, allowing me to easily connect with family and friends, watch videos, upload photos, and find out about important news.

  ### 6. Great for Staying Connected and Networking, but Marketplace Safety Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit P. | SEO Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I’ve been using Facebook for the last 10+ years, and overall the experience has been user-friendly. Adding friends and staying connected with people I know (and even those I don’t) is much easier on Facebook. It has also helped me connect with different people in my field, which has supported me professionally - for example, by helping me find clients and part-time jobs.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I feel that Facebook Marketplace is full of scammers, and the Meta team should verify listings before they’re approved. I’ve also noticed that adult content sometimes shows up, which I find disturbing.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook has helped me a lot when it comes to networking and staying connected with people.

  ### 7. Facebook the no. 1 social networking software available.

  ### 8. Powerful Reach with Simple Tools

**Reviewed by:** Srinivasan T. | Senior digital marketing executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

One thing I like about Facebook is how accessible and familiar it is. It's easy to use and doesn't take much time to get started. Along with that, I would say the FB Features like groups, pages helped me in building engagement. while ads make it useful for business growth as well.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

According to me, Facebook can feel a bit crowded, both in terms of content and features, Another downside Facebook's algorithm can be unpredictable, making it hard consistently reach the my audience without paid promotions.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook makes it easy to connect with people and share content in one place. It helps me reach wider audience and stay engaged without putting in too much effort.

  ### 9. Great for staying connected, but can feel cluttered

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neel R. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

What I like most about Facebook is how easy it is to stay connected with friends and family, especially those who live far away. It’s also a great way to discover events, communities, and content that match my interests, all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

What I dislike about Facebook is that the feed can feel cluttered with ads and irrelevant content, making it harder to see updates from people I actually care about. It can also be a bit overwhelming and time-consuming if you’re not careful.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook solves the problem of staying connected and informed in one place. It helps me keep up with friends, join communities, and discover events or opportunities without needing multiple platforms. That benefits me by saving time and making it easier to stay engaged both personally and professionally.

  ### 10. Facebook Groups and Direct Tools That Build Brand Authority and Trust

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

What I like most about Facebook is its dual-purpose utility and ease of use. I use the platform daily as a multitasking hub because the implementation of both personal and professional tools is seamless.

On the personal side, I highly value Groups; they provide a dedicated, intuitive space for community and niche interests that is easy to navigate and engage with. On the professional side, I leverage the platform to build brand authority and trust. The ease of integration between the Business Suite, Instagram, and Messenger allows me to maintain a cohesive professional presence across multiple touchpoints. By using these direct communication tools to stay responsive, I can transform a simple digital profile into a high-trust asset for my company.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

My primary frustration with the platform is the lack of transparent customer support, particularly regarding ad approvals. While the tools are powerful, the automated flagging system can be a 'black box.' When ads are disapproved without clear clarification, the lack of direct human contact to resolve the issue creates a significant bottleneck for my brand’s growth and consistency.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook helps solve the problem of community fragmentation by offering a single, intuitive place—especially through Groups—where I can engage with niche personal interests that would otherwise be scattered across different spaces. On the professional side, it helps address the “trust gap” by providing a credible framework for building brand authority, enabling me to turn a simple profile into a high-trust digital asset through social proof and consistent engagement. This also streamlines my day-to-day workflow: the seamless integration between Messenger and business tools lets me manage my company’s reputation and my personal connections from a single central hub. In the end, it saves me time and lowers the barrier to entry for new customers by giving me an immediate, recognizable platform for building long-term professional credibility.
