What do you like best about Facebook?

I love that Facebook can be used for different reasons, post pictures and videos, connect with other people, have an online business, also for research on different topics; I also like that it is private and secure; I love the other groups you can connect with depending on what you like, you can have your own community, and the interface is very easy to navigate even as a beginner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

The only thing I would say I do not like is how anyone can message, put you into one chatting group without my consent, it annoys me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Facebook helps me connect with other people online, build my own community, and sell my products. It also helps me reach people all over the world—people I probably would never be able to reach on my own. Its reliable, is fast when using it, its also easy to connect to other apps or website if I have to. It is also free to use, and I don't have to subscribe to use and get access to everything on the app. Onboarding is also very easy for anyone, whatever level of education they have, the AI feature is also easily accessible and very helpful.
