What do you like best about Facebook?

At first, I only opened Facebook to check updates from friends, but I gradually kept using it because it became a simple way to stay connected with different groups of people during my internship and college. I relied on Groups to follow discussions related to student communities, while Messenger made it easier to continue conversations without switching to another app. The News Feed helped me keep track of updates from classmates, clubs, and pages I followed, and I ended up using Events more often than I expected because campus activities and online sessions were frequently shared there. I also liked being able to save posts that I wanted to revisit later instead of trying to remember where I had seen them. Over time, these features naturally worked together, so I checked one app instead of looking in several places for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

The News Feed can still feel unpredictable. Even after following certain groups or pages closely, their posts sometimes appear much later than expected, while unrelated recommendations take up more space than I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
