What do you like best about EzyVisit?

Cloud-based platform which gives the users (hosts / employees) easy access via smartphone or PC, anytime - anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EzyVisit?

Needs to include a comments section for additional information by the user to the gate when receiving a visitor. Such as: this is a VIP customer, please personally accommodate to the meeting room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EzyVisit solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Removing the human error associated with writing in a physical book and the inability to interpret the handwriting, 2) Ability to digitally analyze the visitor footfall for trends (which department/person gets the most number of visitors and why, is it required or disturbing their work?), 3) Gate user/reception/security guards - do not have any ambiguity of managing visitors, 4) Car park allocation & meeting room reservation can also be done using the EzyVisit system, 5) Pre-booking refreshments for visitors has helped plan ahead for the kitchen/in-house restaurant.
