I love EzyVet's tabs and clear ways to click around and get to where you need. There is more than one way to open profiles and access pets information. I love the memo system and the communications tab, that keeps all necessary communications in one place. The ability to issue a certain person that communication is awesome as well. The only one issue i have with ezyVet is the prescription requests return memo. once the doctor has authorized the request, it sends the requester back a memo saying denied or authorized, but the memo had no direct link to the patient, so having to search for the patient after the approval is time consuming, instead of opening up their info from the memo. it works with every other aspect, except prescriptions! Otherwise, i love EzyVet :) also, no spell check on the email communication function! its everywhere else! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ezyVet solving and how is that benefiting you? my job is to take and make phone calls, book appointments, and take care of our clients and EzyVet makes that simple and easy to navigate. i love my schedule, ability to look at/choose it in different time intervals, it saves appointment cancelations and reasons why. The automated system and integration with an insurance company has made it easy to submit records. i love the way we can prepare estimate and the invoices re nice and clear. people are happy, when the rest is not confusing! everything moves fast, is clear and clients and paitnents are easy to find, link records, enter history and sent emails from within the software. its pretty great!
