I find eZsign easy to use. It's simple to add the required signatures and set the order. I can also request information or collect personal documents. Customer service responds quickly when my team has a question, request, or issue to discuss. I would like to be able to modify or delete a user, for example, change their phone number or other information. Currently, a new user must be created, but I don't want to give them a different name, otherwise the name on the signature will not be correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
