I like that EZLynx has integrated the commercial lines rating to keep everything in one place, which is really helpful. Also, I appreciate that the documentation and system notes are all in one system, making it a main hub for us. It's a great tool for our company because it does everything we need, and it's easy to jump into with the help of a few videos. Having a helpful team also makes the experience super easy. I would like to see some improvements in EZLynx, specifically to help us move faster and grow in commercial lines. It would be great if it could speed up quoting and also maintain documentation in a proper way. It should be more user-friendly, especially for those who don't know much about commercial lines.
