It's a quick, easy to use service that provides our coworking space with flexibility and ease in printing. It makes sign up and using simpler so people don't need to fight cables or download software to print a document. It works with every computer type our coworking space has ever encountered with ease. It's fast, convenient, and helps efficiency in running our space.

The customer support through their help desk system is always quick to respond and works to resolve our issues. They also have many online user guides that are simple to search and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The hardest thing can be sometimes updates on the computer running the program or ezeep itself can log out the admin account and we have to log back in to be able to print. We've had some issues as well with our antivirus software blocking ezeep and making it so users couldn't print, that issue took a week+ of our IT team working to figure it out.
