I appreciate that retailer onboarding and setup are generally smooth and that the application simplifies complex EDI requirements. The customer service team has been very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful whenever questions or issues arise, which helps us resolve problems quickly and maintain uninterrupted communication with our customers. eZCom also automates document processing, reduces manual entry, improves accuracy, and provides better visibility into orders, shipments, and invoices. While eZCom works well overall, one customer requires additional manual processing and follow-up. It has to do with the mapping. More flexibility in transaction mapping and configuration options would help reduce the amount of time needed to manage exceptions.
