"Dependable, User-Friendly Catering That Streamlines Office Ordering"

What do you like best about ezCater?

ezCater has made ordering food for office meetings and employee events much more efficient. I regularly use the filters to narrow options by cuisine, dietary needs, and delivery time, which saves a lot of time compared to contacting restaurants individually. Being able to reorder past meals is another feature that simplifies recurring meetings.

The platform is easy to navigate, performs reliably, and provides helpful order tracking and delivery updates. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I've had questions.

From a value standpoint, ezCater has saved our team time and reduced the effort involved in coordinating group meals. An added bonus has been discovering new local restaurants that fit our needs. While I don't use many AI features, the recommendations make it easy to find suitable catering options quickly.

What do you dislike about ezCater?

There aren't many major drawbacks, but there are a few areas where ezCater could improve. I would like to see more consistent menu updates from restaurants, as occasionally an item isn't available after an order is started. Some restaurant pages also provide more detail than others, making it difficult to compare options.

The user interface is generally easy to use, but managing larger or more complex orders with multiple customizations could be more streamlined. It would also be helpful if the search and recommendation features were a little smarter by learning from previous orders and favorite vendors to provide more personalized suggestions.

While the platform performs well overall, I've noticed that some restaurant menus can load more slowly during busy times. Pricing is transparent, but delivery fees and service charges can vary significantly between restaurants, making it harder to compare the true total cost.

I haven't needed customer support often, but having more proactive guidance or tips for first-time users and advanced ordering features would make onboarding even better.
