What do you like best about EZ Texting?

It was easy to get up and running. No qualms with uploading a customer list and setting a message + sending time. It was also awesome given its ability to have 2 way communication with a recipient of your mass message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

It wasnt mobile friendly at all - meaning it was almost entirely nonfunctional if using from your phone. So for someone that would need to send a customer update from an Uber - it was a disappointment. Also there were certain functionalities like tracking the actual success of a campaign that appeared to be half baked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:

If you are willing to pay the price of .05 per message it is not a bad product. but with the advent of twilio and softwares that utilize its API - you can be sending messages for easily 10-20% of EZ text's cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to send out mass text messages. As an owner of a local business being able to update my customers about specials and new products through SMS which is hard to miss, it has been very fruitful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
