I send out feedback surveys to customers from several different offices. EZTexting makes it simple to send messages with unique surveys to different groups. I also like that links can be tracked to see who clicked on them. We use this service a lot but we don't have the volume to justify one of the monthly packages, so we use the pay-as-you-go credit system which is perfect for us.
