As a Client Consulting Coordinator at FinAdvise Consulting UG in Cologne, the biggest advantage of Exxas Cloud Business Platform is its all-in-one integration of CRM, project management and task management, which completely fixed our messy multi-tool workflow from when we used FastestCRM before. Our small financial consulting team needs to handle dozens of enterprise financial consulting projects, client video briefings and industry salon follow-ups every month. In the past, client information, project progress and follow-up tasks were completely separated, forcing us to switch between multiple tools all day long. Now, every financial advisory project is bound to the corresponding enterprise client profile in Exxas. Right after I finish a one-on-one Jitsi remote financial consultation with a local manufacturing client, I can immediately update project progress, record client tax optimization demands and create targeted follow-up tasks assigned to my team members. All updates are real-time visible to the whole team. I had a typical work scenario a few months ago: our senior advisor took over a long-term client project I was managing. He directly checked all historical consultation records, pending tasks and project phases on Exxas without me doing any verbal handover or sorting documents manually, which saved us nearly an hour of tedious communication. Besides, its role-based permission control is super suitable for our German financial service compliance work. I can restrict junior consultants from exporting bulk client data or modifying core project information, effectively protecting sensitive enterprise financial data. The bound task function also avoids follow-up omissions. Unlike our old tool that had no associated task reminders, Exxas locks every service requirement to the client project. This stable, integrated workflow is the core reason we stick with Exxas, greatly improving the efficiency of our daily client consulting and after-sales maintenance work. The most annoying flaws of Exxas for our German financial consulting business are its unfriendly CRM customization, persistent CSV encoding bugs and missing core compliance functions, which bring me repeated manual workload and compliance risks. First, there are no exclusive custom fields for financial consulting. I have to record core business data such as client financial risk levels and advisory mandate serial numbers in plain text notes. Last quarter, I sorted out client files for a salon event and mistakenly mixed up the mandate numbers of two automotive industry clients written in unstructured notes. I barely corrected the error before sending event invitations, avoiding embarrassing client mistakes. Second, the CSV export bug for German umlauts has always existed. Every quarterly GDPR archiving requires me to export Exxas project records and upload them to our Koofr cloud storage. The exported files always garble German special characters like ä, ü and ö. Last month, multiple consultation record notes were completely scrambled, and I spent half a workday manually retyping and proofreading all corrupted data to meet compliance archiving standards. Worst of all, it has no built-in record modification audit trail and no automatic milestone reminders. Once a colleague modified a client’s financial consulting scheme record, I had no way to check the modification time and original content. I had to cross-check meeting videos to verify the data, which was extremely inefficient. Also, I have to rely entirely on my own calendar to track contract renewal deadlines, which constantly increases my work burden and hidden risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
