I like the self-service invitation feature with approval. It allows team owners to invite externals themselves without raising a ticket, yet it still includes an approval step and automatically assigns an expiry date for guests. This relieves the admin team from extra work while maintaining control. I also find the setup straightforward since it's a Teams app, which requires more effort in defining our own rules for invitations and expiry rather than dealing with difficult tools. I find the access review notifications could be more configurable. Reminders sometimes reach owners who are on holiday and then nothing happens until the deadline passes. An escalation to a deputy would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
