"Custom Fields Save Weeks and Make Fraud Detection Easier"

What do you like best about Extend?

I really like the customized fields we use to code our charges. They save me weeks by reducing the time I’d otherwise spend tracking down coding details from different people. On top of that, they make it much easier for us to spot potential fraud, especially since we use vendor-specific cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

The only issues I’ve had have been technical, and I’ve submitted a ticket for them. They usually respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Extend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, everything was manual. Every month I had to reach out to a list of people, hoping I could find the owner of a charge and get the correct coding so we could reconcile the bill. Extend is saving me time by organizing all of our charges in one place. It shows me the owner and coding, lets me send receipt reminders, and makes it easy to update coding while keeping receipts and approvals together in one place.
