"Virtual cards that make staying organized so much easier!"

What do you like best about Extend?

My favorite feature is the virtual cards. We use them for recurring monthly vendor payments, and I really like being able to turn them on and off as needed, as well as set them up for recurring use. It helps keep our payments organized while still giving us flexibility.

Our sales team also relies on the notes, account coding, and receipt capture features to keep all the expense details in one place and make reconciliation easier. We’ve been using Extend with our American Express card for over two years now, and it has become an essential part of our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extend?

I wish we could add custom fields to card transactions and have them displayed on the main transaction screen. Being able to see those details at a glance would make it much easier to stay organized without having to open each transaction one by one.

Another improvement would be the ability to capture receipts that are embedded in the body of a forwarded email. Right now, the receipt has to be included as an attachment, so when a receipt is pasted directly into the email, it creates an extra step before we can submit it. What problems is Extend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Extend lets us pay vendors without having to share our physical American Express card number, which is a huge benefit. We can enable or disable virtual cards whenever we need to, which gives us more control over when charges can go through and helps prevent unauthorized charges.

Receipt capture is also very straightforward, whether we’re using the app or forwarding receipts automatically. It keeps our documentation organized and makes expense reconciliation easier for both our sales team and accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
