I like Expo Pass for its ease of use and affordability, which really simplifies the whole process of handling name badges and check-in for events. They preprint the majority of badges we need and provide blank ones for late registrants, making on-site printing super easy. The comprehensive service manages all the details like lanyards and ensures everyone has the necessary credentials, which is crucial for any event. I found it confusing to figure out how to input people into the system during check-in, especially for those who weren't in our system or registered late. Even though there turns out to be a way to do it, I wasn't aware of it at the time and didn't find the instructions clear during the event.
