What problems is Explore Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been using Explore Analytics for 5 years. We needed a reporting/ dashboard application that could very easily connect to ServiceNow without building a separate schema, build high end visuals and dashboards, had live connection with ServiceNow and not much ongoing data maintenance.
