What do you like best about Expertini?

As a Supply Chain Management Intern, I’ve used Expertini to support hiring for logistics, warehouse, and supply chain positions. What I like most is how it keeps candidate profiles organized and makes the initial screening process more manageable. The AI-powered matching helps identify applicants whose experience is relevant to the role, giving us a practical shortlist before we begin detailed reviews. I also appreciate how easy the platform is to navigate, as it didn’t require much time to learn. What do you dislike about Expertini?

The AI matching is generally helpful, but it sometimes gives more weight to resume keywords than practical supply chain experience or internship projects. Because of that, we still review shortlisted candidates manually before moving them forward. I’d also like to see more advanced filters for logistics-specific skills, warehouse operations, ERP systems, and supply chain certifications, as these would make it easier to identify the most relevant candidates. What problems is Expertini solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Expertini, reviewing applications for logistics and supply chain roles could be time-consuming, especially when there were multiple openings at once. The platform helps organize candidate information and speeds up the initial screening process by highlighting applicants whose experience is most relevant to the role. This allows us to spend less time sorting resumes manually and more time evaluating qualified candidates. As a result, our recruitment support process is more structured, and it's easier to move suitable applicants through the early hiring stages without overlooking strong potential candidates.
