What do you like best about Expertini?

As a Project Engineer, I'm occasionally involved in reviewing candidates for project engineering, field coordination, and site support roles when new projects begin. What I like most is that Expertini keeps resumes organized in one place and uses AI-powered matching to highlight applicants whose experience is most relevant to the position. That gives us a practical starting point instead of reviewing every application manually. The interface is straightforward, so our team was able to start using it without much onboarding, and it fits easily into our hiring process when several project positions are open at the same time. What do you dislike about Expertini?

The AI recommendations are generally useful, but they can occasionally prioritize candidates based more on resume keywords than hands-on construction experience. For project engineering or site-based roles, we still review resumes manually to confirm experience with similar commercial projects. I'd also like to see more filtering options for construction-specific skills and certifications to make shortlisting even more precise. What problems is Expertini solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Expertini, reviewing applicants for project engineering and field support roles was mostly a manual process, especially when several commercial projects were starting at the same time. Candidate information was spread across emails and spreadsheets, making it harder to compare applicants consistently. Expertini centralized the process by organizing resumes in one place and using AI-assisted matching to identify candidates who met the basic role requirements. That has reduced the time spent on initial screening, improved collaboration with our HR team, and helped us move qualified candidates to interviews more efficiently without disrupting ongoing project work.
