What do you like best about Experience.com?

I like how Experience.com is seamless between connections and allows me to post directly to Facebook, LinkedIn, and my Google page through the system. The initial setup was easy, and I still use the Magic Link to sign in, which adds to the convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Experience.com?

I wish it were easier to request a review from someone. I would like to go back to customers and engage them again if they had a good experience and I missed the opportunity to let them know how important those 5 star reviews are. It would be helpful to keep a list of the non-responsive reviews so I can check a box and mass send a bunch of review requests at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Experience.com boosts my SEO and AEO, helping customers find me via Google or AI agents. It integrates seamlessly with social media, allowing direct posts to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. However, requesting reviews could be simpler, like sending mass requests to non-responsive customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
