It is a very transparent tool with many inbuilt features that are pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I like the easy form that helps you to see who approves the reimbursement, when it gets approved and how it really merges with Gmail to give updates on the go. Have used it for 1.5 years and I'm completely happy with it. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** Nothing at all, to be very fair. The mileage mapping feature is nice too. But the best feature is the visibility into the approval flow that I have. I know exactly if there is an issue and everything is nicely organized for my approver to quickly signoff. I also like the Uber integration. This saves alot of time. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** I have 2 issues. 1. You can only attache one image per expense. Sometimes I need 2, especially for receiptless kiosks where you need to take pictures of the screens, and you need to scroll to see everything. 2. For mileage mapping. I wish it would let me record an entire day of travel and let me pickout the trips. Every time you login, you are bombarded by essentially junk requests - that will later send you email! AWFUL! Secondly, this company makes it impossible to cancel your account. I have requested to cancel multiple times, and been told to contact the "concierge". I've been told to go to multiple screens to cancel my account. Currently unable to get past the 4th (!!!!) cancellation button without concierge help. On the 3rd screen, they ghosted me for 38 minutes! And now they are just sending me to an FAQ post altough the last step is telling me to contact concierge! If you have a FAQ for why you can't cancel your account, it's too complicated.
