To clarify, the people who originally trained me on Expandi were not directly from Expandi, so that may be why my initial experience was not the best. However, now that I’ve started using the Strategy Calls with the Expandi team, the experience has improved a lot. The calls have been very helpful, practical, and much easier to understand. They’ve helped me feel more confident optimizing campaigns and learning how to use the platform more strategically. **What problems is Expandi.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expandi.io helps us manage and scale LinkedIn outreach for webinar funnels in a more organized way. I'm not a beginner level, I have about 10-12 months of using Expandi previously, but I always had a feeling that I wasn't maximizing this resource. Neville kindly and tactfully confirmed my suspicions while 10x'ing the value I will get out ofhis resources, and he did it all in under 30 min, less the amount of time I spoke. He's a top tier guy, part of me hopes he is identified for promotion, but the selfish side of me hopes he never leaves that spot for as long as I require support on this platform! ;) **What do you dislike about Expandi.io?** The only negative experience I've had was a result of me migrating to a new email domain and not orchestrating a proper handoff on the backend of my Expandi account, not your fault. Their support responded in time when needed. But stopped responding when our account got restricted by LinkedIn. **What do you dislike about Expandi.io?** Within one and a half months of usage, our account got restricted by LinkedIn. Automation is not allowed by LinkedIn and Expandi.io does exactly that, which resulted in our account being removed with 1400 plus connections. We paid $99 per month for two months and in the mid of the second month, the account got restricted. Their support responded in time, but when we asked for a refund, they stopped answering. Now I will never use any LinkedIn automation tool, neither will I recommend it. Nothing worked; in fact, we lost our LinkedIn account. LinkedIn is smart, if you use automation, it will pick up on it. So, don't use automation for LinkedIn. **What problems is Expandi.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expandi.io didn't solve my problems; it led to my LinkedIn account being restricted and removed. We lost access to over 1400 connections and paid for a service that backfired. I won't recommend LinkedIn automation tools now. ### 5. When campaigns run smoothly, the results can be very impressive. That said, there is one area that needs attention. We’ve experienced recurring issues with campaigns failing, which can be quite concerning, especially given the level of investment in the platform. When you’re paying a premium, consistency and reliability become critical, so this is something I believe should be prioritised and improved. I also want to give a special shoutout to Neville.
