I like how sophisticated Expandi.io is, with intuitive built-in functions that I wanted years ago. The biggest thing I love is that it automates everything. I just set it up, and it does all the work, like sending a connection request and later following up automatically with an offer when someone connects on LinkedIn. It's seamless, and I don't have to do anything manually. The automation of group messages, inmails, and open profile messages makes managing connections so smooth. One issue I encountered is sometimes Inmails don't get sent out, which is a bit frustrating. This isn't really Expandi.io's fault because it's more about how LinkedIn works—like if a profile isn't open, the inmail can't be delivered without using a credit. I wish there was a way that Expandi's development team could keep up with these changes and find workarounds, though that might be hard given LinkedIn's constant updates. Also, there was an initial learning curve when setting up the software, but after spending a lot of time on it and figuring out the workflows, it became fairly easy to manage.
