What do you like best about Exosite ExoSense IoT?

We like the easy-to-use application dashboard builder. Very easy to get the initial assets set up and then have a lot of functionality that lets you expand the solution over time.

Device connectivity and management are separate from the customer-facing dashboard area.

The pricing model is pretty straightforward and allows you to start at a low entry point and then grow as your number of devices, and overall business grows.

What do you dislike about Exosite ExoSense IoT?

I wish the developer community was a little more active, but regardless the documentation site is excellent. So, whenever I have an issue, I need to search through the documentation instead of just being able to jump over to the community site to get feedback or answers.

I wish there were a few more advanced panels to include in my dashboard, but I know they are coming in the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exosite ExoSense IoT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exosite's IoT platform allows me to rapidly test ideas with customers and gain feedback on value added funtionality. We can add panels, calculations, and analytics to our customer-facing dashboards and get almost instant customer feedback on their value. This added functionality is already enabled within the platform and means that we don't have to have any custom code or software to be developed to test it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
