What do you like best about ExitRight?

We started using ExitRight this year and have started to obtain some really good and thorough data on why are employees were leaving and the issues affecting retention and engagement with our workforce. The dashboard is a very nice feature to view the data and observe trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExitRight?

I think the UI could be spruced up a bit but no major complaints. The hardest thing with exit interviews is just getting employees to take the time to respond but ExitRight sends multiple notices to try to capture that attention span to leave feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ExitRight:

What problems is ExitRight solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of understanding what features of our workforce is making employees leave. The data we receive is allowing us to know whether the issues we face are pay and benefits, culture, flexible arrangements, organization structure - etc etc. It's great to receive very specific feedback on questions asked in the interview - ExitRight phrases material to get the most detailed and specific responses from our employees to know what is REALLY going on under the surface.
