What do you like best about Exenai?

Exenai have been a fantastic partner to our business, consistently turning our ideas into reality whilst providing honest, knowledgeable advice on what's technically achievable. The team are incredibly forward-thinking, proactive and never shy away from a challenge.

What really sets them apart is that they don't just understand technology, they understand sales and recruitment workflows and how technology can genuinely enable better performance. They've helped us build applications, automations and processes that are ahead of the market, making our teams more efficient and productive.

What do you dislike about Exenai?

‘Dislike’ is a strong word, and there isn't anything I would say I particularly dislike about working with Exenai.

As with any innovative technology development, there have been occasions where we've had to revisit the drawing board, push timelines back or discover further into a project that certain ideas weren't technically feasible.

If anything, an opportunity for improvement would be identifying potential technical limitations earlier in the process. That said, the team are always open to feedback, willing to explore alternatives and committed to finding the best possible solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exenai solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest challenges with technology in recruitment is that so many systems are largely out-of-the-box products, with limited scope for personalisation. Exenai help us bridge that gap by developing tailored solutions that genuinely reflect our business needs and workflows, rather than forcing us to adapt our processes to fit existing software.

A great example is the candidate onboarding experience, which is often an afterthought in traditional sales-focused CRMs. Exenai have help develop a solution that makes the process smoother, clearer and more user-friendly for candidates, whilst improving internal efficiency.

They've also helped us tackle longstanding CRM data quality challenges through automations, reducing manual administration and making information more accurate and accessible to our consultants.
