## About Exclaimer
Exclaimer is an email signature management platform designed to help organizations maintain consistent, compliant, and commercially effective email signatures across all communications. This solution is particularly beneficial for IT teams, marketing departments, and HR and legal professionals, as it centralizes control over email signatures, ensuring that company-wide communications remain on-brand and compliant without requiring ongoing administrative effort. As organizations grow, managing email signatures manually can become increasingly challenging. Exclaimer addresses this issue by integrating directly with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and on-premises Microsoft Exchange. The platform automatically syncs with the organization's directory, ensuring that email signatures are updated seamlessly when employees join, leave, or change roles. This automation eliminates the need for manual updates, significantly reducing inconsistencies across the organization. Signatures are applied server-side via Microsoft Azure before emails are sent, which means users do not need to take any action. Additionally, an optional Outlook Add-In allows employees to view their email signature while composing messages, without altering how signatures are applied. Exclaimer offers role-based access controls (RBAC), enabling IT departments to delegate management of campaigns and banners to other departments, such as marketing or HR, while retaining control over the core signature template. This functionality minimizes support requests and reduces dependency on a central team for every update. Employees can also update their personal details, including contact information and working hours, through a self-service portal, further streamlining the process and reducing the burden on IT. For marketing teams, Exclaimer transforms every email into a potential marketing touchpoint. Users can create and manage signature campaigns that feature rotating banners and tailored messages for different employee groups, utilizing attributes pulled from the organization's CRM or directory. Built-in analytics provide insights into campaign performance at the email signature level, facilitating A/B testing of creative elements and calls to action. Integration with popular CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, allows engagement data to be incorporated into the organization's broader reporting framework. Moreover, Exclaimer ensures automated compliance by applying legal disclaimers and compliance statements according to predefined rules. This guarantees that every outbound email meets legal requirements, regardless of the sender's device or personal settings, thereby aligning legal and IT departments without the need for manual oversight. Beyond email signatures, Exclaimer also manages video meeting backgrounds for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, applying on-brand visuals to video calls from the same platform. With over 20 years of experience in email signature management, Exclaimer is trusted by more than 80,000 organizations across 150+ countries, offering governance controls, compliance tooling, and a robust support model that caters to both small teams and large enterprises.

## Exclaimer Reviews
 ### 1. Low-Maintenance Email Signatures with Instant Active Directory Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey K. | Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love that i don’t have to go machine by machine to send an email signature to every employee. The changes like Title or phone number are immediate since it’s pulling from Active Directory. It's really low maintenance and i was thrilled it did not fail us during our recent brand change.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There is nothing worse than trying to use the drag-and-drop editor for creating perfect alignment of images and text boxes. Also, if you try to upload a normal picture of yourself as a head shot, it will always appear huge and distorted unless you size down the original image file before uploading.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer keeps my employees from using their own outdated logos and ugly font choices. It has standardized both our disclaimer and branding across all desktop and mobile versions of Outlook so we now present ourselves professionally. This means marketing can now run banner campaigns without requiring it to open up ticket requests for emails.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Corey, thanks for your feedback!

We're glad to hear that you find Exclaimer's integration with Active Directory and low maintenance features beneficial for your organization. We understand your concerns about the drag-and-drop editor and image sizing, and we appreciate your feedback. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 2. Set It Once, Reach Everyone: Handy Banner Scheduling for Seasonal Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Before this we had to hassle them every time they wanted to change anything. We set it up once and it will go out to all employees. Banner scheduling is very useful too. You can assign start and stop dates for seasonal campaigns. When your season comes to an end, it automatically changes back to the standard banner.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It has been my experience that the backend was designed by people who enjoy scrolling through endless lists. There isn’t a way to visually see which banners are being used where. Additionally, when assigning banners and then finding that some users did not receive the correct banner you have to dig through the system again to try to figure out why.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using this product, our emails looked however the individual employee wanted their email to look. With this product now, every employee’s email appears consistent (as configured), yet each employee still gets to customize their email configuration independently from others. In addition to turning the signature into something consistently presentable, this product allows us to utilize the email as a form of advertising.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear that Exclaimer has helped you maintain consistent, professional email signatures and simplify banner campaign management, and we appreciate your feedback on banner visibility and assignment troubleshooting as we continue to improve the administration experience.

 ### 3. Set It Once, and Exclaimer Keeps Email Signatures Automatically Up to Date

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivier C. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

There are a lot of ways I could talk about how much I love Exclaimer, but the one thing I come back to is that as long as it’s connected to your Microsoft 365 account & Active Directory; once you set it up, it will take care of itself. For example, when an employee makes a change to his/her Job Title/Phone Number etc., that information automatically updates into their email signature. Honestly, that type of functionality is EXACTLY the type of function I would want from a piece of software after my day today.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It’s frustrating with previews. The image/what you see in the editor does not always look like what ends up landing in an email. So you may end up applying it and sending yourself a test before you know for sure. It takes longer than necessary. Navigating the admin area is a little disorienting when you only go there once a month or so. I always seem to need to find the same things again; because of course i’m not using it enough to remember where things live.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before exclaimer we were seeing entirely different signatures across the board. Old logos, incorrect phone numbers, some had no signature at all and it was complete chaos and looked terrible when we sent external emails. Exclaimer centralized everything and therefore allows one person to make changes and those changes are automatically rolled-out to everyone else without needing to chase them down.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this!

We’re glad to hear that automatic updates via Microsoft 365 and Active Directory are saving you time and keeping signatures accurate across your organisation. We also appreciate your comments on preview accuracy and navigation. If you need support, we’re here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 4. Simple, High-Value Signature Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lesley G. | Services Manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

My favourite thing about Exclaimer is that it combines simplicity with real business value. The drag-and-drop editor makes signature management easy, centralised control keeps branding consistent and email banners turn every email into a marketing opportunity. The analytics are also useful because they show the impact of campaigns without adding extra work for users.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only thing i dislike abut Exclaimer is that we need to commit to a 12 month term, many of our customers would prefer a month to month option.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solves the problem of inconsistent email signatures and time-consuming updates. Centralized management, marketing banners and automated deployment save time, improve brand consistency and help organizations get more value from every email they send.

 ### 5. Streamlined Experimentation with Robust Historical Analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talha A. | Project Coordinator 1, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I really like about Exclaimer is the notebook interface, which makes it easy for our analysts who have more of a SQL and Excel background than heavy coding experience to build reasonably sophisticated models without needing an engineer involved in every iteration. The integration with our data warehouse has worked cleanly too, as historical sales and inventory data pulls in without much reformatting needed on our end. As for performance, it has been solid, even when we are testing several years of transaction history at once. Queries that would have taken a long time in our previous warehouse now return quickly enough that we can iterate through several scenarios in a single setting.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I think the pricing took some real work to prove out since the value is somewhat indirect. It's about avoiding bad promotions without the clean direct revenue numbers, which made the initial budget conversation harder than I expected. Also, the AI assistant has been decent for general queries, but I'd like to see it more tailored towards suggesting promotion scenarios with testing based on patterns in the data, rather than us having to think of every hypothesis ourselves.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to model promotions against historical sales data, helping avoid costly mistakes by predicting outcomes before going live.

 ### 6. Seamless Branding with Exclaimer, Needs Deeper Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrizia A. | Project Coordinator, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I like is the flexibility of the UI for making precise brand guidelines. Our design team could match exact color codes and logo placement closely with our new brand books, which was important given the time and money invested in developing that new identity. The integration with our email platform means the new templates apply instantly without needing individual employees to edit their signatures, removing the risk of inconsistent adoption during a high visibility rebrand moment. The performance was solid during the rollout, with the change applying across our full headcount without delays or partial rollout causing confusion. Additionally, support was responsive leading up to our launch date, instilling confidence that everything would go out correctly.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

What I don't like is that the analytics on-site are fairly basic. Mostly, just click count and I would like deeper insights into things like which employee signature drove more engagement with our rebrand announcement banner. AI and intelligence would have been generally useful too—something that could suggest optimal design or messaging based on past campaign performance would save our design team some guesswork during project launches.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer rapidly speeds up company-wide rebranding, ensuring email signatures are immediately updated to match our new visual identity. It integrates with our email platform, eliminating manual updates and preventing inconsistent adoption. This streamlines brand consistency from day one.

 ### 7. Powerful Signature Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quinn S. | Service Desk Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like Exclaimer because it makes standardizing signatures a breeze. It's a powerful tool yet very easy to use. It allows us to make signatures for our clients exactly how they want it and gives us a lot of control on the back end. The integration with AD makes making changes super easy, and it gives us the tools needed to make our clients happy. It's also easy to set up and implement. Their support is very responsive and very helpful if issues come up.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only thing that could be improved would be changing licenses. The only real issue we had was when we needed to upgrade a license for one of our clients and it got stuck, so we needed to engage support to solve this issue.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer for email signatures across multiple clients. It makes signature standardization easy, allows for specific usage, and provides granular control over who gets signatures. It's easy to set up and implement.

 ### 8. Precise Signature Control and Easy Updates for Consistent, Polished Emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilyasse B. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The rules provide more precise control, and I really appreciate being able to create individual signatures for each user. We can maintain aesthetically pleasing email signatures, and the product also offers flexibility when it comes to integration. It also makes it easy to update email signatures to keep everything consistent, which is why I consider it the best option among its competitors.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

In some emails, the icons may disappear, and I think they could have included a few video tutorials to make setup and use clearer. It would also be helpful to see which signature was applied, especially when switching between options. Finally, I wish there were more pre-designed templates to choose from.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has eliminated the issue of outdated data and greatly simplified our signature management. It lets us create a standard email signature that’s still fully customizable. The system has proven reliable, and we’ve been able to keep a consistent signature for everyone.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> We're happy to hear that Exclaimer has provided you with precise signature control and easy updates, making it the best option among its competitors. We understand your concerns about the disappearing icons, the need for video tutorials, and more pre-designed templates. Your feedback is important to us, and we will take it into account as we continue to improve our product.

 ### 9. Making signatures was never this easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The ease of use to make signature for clients, it is really intuitive to use and doesn't make you feel like you need a course to use this product. The actual integration with Outlook is also really nice, it just works without any hassle. The pricing is also really cheap, because you can do so much with just 1.60 euro per license, you can make a whole animated signature if you wanted to.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Not really anything, just figuring out how to connect Exclaimer to Exchange Online was a bit weird, but besides that, i don't really have anything bad to say about it. Maybe the support could be a little better, but maybe that's just on my end and they could actually be helpful.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem for us was the actual standardization of the signature for the client, because all the clients we have, just have a mess of signature between all the colleagues, which limits the performance and interaction with the client.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your positive feedback!

We're delighted that you find Exclaimer easy to use and that it has helped standardize signatures for your clients. We understand the importance of a consistent and professional image when interacting with clients, and we're glad that Exclaimer has been able to benefit your organization in this way. We appreciate your support!

 ### 10. Effortless Email Signature Management, Needs Better CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi S. | Project Manager, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I use Exclaimer to manage all the organization's email signatures because it's so easy to use in a single dashboard. It's incredibly useful because when the company launches a new campaign or changes its email address, the change is immediately reflected in all emails, which is fantastic. I appreciate the consistency as I don't have to email the teams asking them to update their signatures or check if someone is using an outdated version of our logo. I love it because Exclaimer works well, and the signature editor is so intuitive that anyone on the design team can upload their designs. The signature editor has been a great help because it manages the brand at a large scale, and my time is limited, so I can't be on top of whether someone used Arial instead of Helvetica. It turns email into a constant and silent marketing tool, maximizing the visibility of our projects without the team wasting time editing anything.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It would be great if they improved the integration with CRMs, since Excel tells me how many clicks a signature link received, but that data is stored in isolation, and to find out if that click resulted in a customer, I have to manually check the data in Excel. The initial setup was a challenge, but the results were worth it.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to manage email signatures easily, ensuring consistent branding across our team. It turns email into a marketing tool without wasted time and ensures all updates are reflected instantly, reducing constant administrative tasks.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Aditi, we're glad to hear that you find Exclaimer's email signature management easy to use and that it has been a great help in maintaining consistent branding across your organization. We appreciate your feedback about the CRM integration.
