"Simple, Flexible, and Efficient Email Signature Management."

5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

What I like most about Exclaimer is how easy it is to create and customize email signatures, with flexible design options that adapt to our organization's needs. The deployment process was seamless and transparent for end users, requiring minimal intervention. In our case, users only needed an up-to-date version of Office, which made implementation straightforward and ensured a smooth user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

So far, we have not identified any significant drawbacks or major challenges with Exclaimer. The implementation has been successful, and our overall user experience has been positive. At this point, there are no specific negative aspects to highlight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we managed email signatures using Microsoft 365 disclaimer rules, which caused display and placement issues. Users could not preview their signatures while composing emails, and when replying to or forwarding messages, the signatures appeared at the very bottom of the entire email conversation.

With Exclaimer, we have resolved these issues through its integration with Outlook and Outlook on the web, allowing users to preview their signatures while composing, replying to, or forwarding messages. Signatures are also correctly included in emails sent from Android and Apple mobile devices, helping maintain a consistent corporate identity across different communication channels.

We can also configure different signature designs based on the type of communication or the organization's needs. Another important benefit is the ease of keeping user information up to date. Changes are made directly in Active Directory and then synchronized with Exclaimer. Although the platform performs automatic synchronization every 12 hours, we can manually trigger the process when changes need to be reflected more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
