What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Honestly what I'm most happy about is that I change the signature template once and then everybody gets the updated version (including mobile) and I never manage to get anybody else to do that. Before, I used to send out screenshot reminders for people to copy-paste in the new signature and about 50% of the time they didn't bother. Now the job title and employee ID show right from the directory so I don't even have to worry about employees trying to quietly inflate their credentials (nice surprise). What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The admin interface is pretty much frozen in 2015. There is no "paste in your own HTML" option (which would take less than 10 seconds to fix everything). Also, since pricing is based on users, each time we add a person the price increases and when we hired only 7 people we had to buy 10 licenses...that's just rude. And the click stats require the higher tier plan as well, so be sure to check on that first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

So, the issue is that within any organization, everyone creates their own email signature and they're all slightly off. Wrong font, logo distorted, three different job titles, etc., ...it doesn't matter how many times you ask people to please update theirs, they won't. Exclaimer places itself in the email stream and puts the exact same signature on EVERY outgoing email regardless of the device or if they updated anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
