What do you like best about Exclaimer?

What I like most about Exclaimer is the ability to centrally manage email signatures across our organization. It integrates well with Microsoft 365 and automatically uses user information from Entra ID, such as names, job titles and phone numbers. This saves time for IT, ensures consistent branding and makes it easy to update signatures without configuring each user's Outlook individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

One downside is that changes to user information in Microsoft Entra ID are not always reflected immediately in email signatures. Sometimes a manual synchronization is needed. Configuring personal signatures when sending from shared mailboxes can also be a bit confusing at first. Once everything is set up, however, it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exclaimer helps us eliminate the need to manually create and maintain email signatures for individual employees. It ensures consistent, professional signatures across our organization and automatically uses employee information from Microsoft 365.
