I love the availability of Exatom and the fact that it is very responsive. During launch campaigns, it's super convenient because the tools are put online very quickly and optimally to help users fill out the forms. This allows for better conversion and effectively guides users, while standardizing explanations without slowing down or confusing the process. Moreover, the team is really available and speaks several languages, which is a big plus. Finally, even though the installation took a bit of time, everything works very well now.
