eVSM is a good solution for mapping and enhancing mixed value streams, particularly ones that produce various product variants using networked resources. It provides automated visual analtics for all major metrics, making it easy to develope a master map rather than maintaining separate records for each product's value stream. What do you dislike about eVSM?

What problems is eVSM solving and how is that benefiting you?

eVSM has been beneficial in addressing the issue of low process visibility. It allows me to develope through process maps and flowcharts, which help me understand and convey processes more effectively.
