It has different mappings which can be used in different types of chains which eases the implementation process. We can also analyze the data in real time for accurate tracking at the production level. I found that during the initial period they provide us an option for web-meeting for getting started. And it also has Learning paths for imporving our skill in it. They provide good customer support, I found it very helpfull as we get get our queries resolved, they even provided one on one support by web meeting and asssist with our issue. **What do you dislike about eVSM?** It provides most of the funcionalities for creating value stream mapping and it also has demo maps which we can refer to and can enhance our model using them as a reference. I didn't find any of the functionalities to dislike. **What problems is eVSM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found it very helpful as it can handle large supply chains using VSM parallel processes. It also helps us to find where the bottle necks are present and necessary improvements are done to mitigate the risk. It has performance indicators to sing the places to be noted. We can import large amount of data using the excel files. We can also handle different products on one map using the mixed model. ### 2. It is a colorful program, and the IT and customer service for the program are very reachable and friendly. **What do you dislike about eVSM?** Some kinks in the software still, and if your computer doesn't have a very quick processor it can slow it down. **Recommendations to others considering eVSM:** Don'e hesitate to call their help desk if needed, they are reachable. Also, go through the eLeanor trainings, they take several hours but they open up areas of the program that you may not have known were there.
