We run over 50 events on the Evessio platform, with more than 20 of them being awards events that include dinner tickets. The rest are ticketed conferences. We’ve been using Evessio for more than six years, and with over 100 admin users across our different event teams, the platform makes it much easier to manage and promote our events. It also helps ensure every team can access the customer information they need.
The Evessio support team is always prompt when answering queries and resolving any issues we raise. We also have a very good relationship with our account manager and the wider management team. They’re consistently willing to listen to our requirements, help find solutions where possible, and continue improving and enhancing the system to better support their customers. We would benefit from a two-stage award entry process that allows us to create an initial shortlist of entrants first, and then asks only those shortlisted entrants to submit more detailed information related to their entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
