What do you like best about EveryBill?

I use EveryBill for the receipt of payments for my business and my clients' businesses. I appreciate its unmatched reliability and how it doesn't require me to maintain staff for processing online payment requests, allowing funds to be delivered by thousands of individuals and entities effortlessly. I also like their willingness and ability to customize the user-facing messaging on their site, which adds to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the staff backing EveryBill's services are incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure that even potential issues get addressed quickly. What do you dislike about EveryBill?

My only complaint is that EveryBill doesn't also paint my house. I don't expect it, and it would be absurd, but this survey demands I give some complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
