Evernote goes beyond standard text notes that basically look like Word docs. We can get alerts when new items are added or communicates are made. The interface for collaborating on projects are engaging and let me view all the information in a quick and understandable way. **What do you dislike about Evernote Teams?** There isn't much I dislike about Evernote's features, but the pricing for Evernote Business can be very costly when many users are added to your group. Evernote is simple to use, but it doesn't have as many advanced features as other collaboration and sharing programs. **What problems is Evernote Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evernote Business gives us more productivity capabilities than those in the free version. I can keep in touch with team members and finish projects faster since I don't have to communicate directly with others through calls or emails. I remember a time when I had to conduct several meetings with a team that didn't use Evernote. After that team signed up with Evernote Business, everyone was far more productive with less need for calls, meetings and other direct communications. ### 6. But the search function is so robust and useful I don't really need tags. **Recommendations to others considering Evernote Teams:** Keep Evernote organized.
