What do you like best about Everlaw?

The UI is much more user friendly than other eDisclosure platforms which means legal teams are much happier when using it. I like the processing speeds which you get in Everlaw which means uploading large data sets is as pain free as possible and also the certifications that you can take really help to make you feel comfortable on the platform. Intergration is geting much better as well with the advent of Claude connectors, and the AI offering is now brilliant and we are noting clients loving AI. Being a partner we can not offer good rates for clients but still sometimes hear platforms like relativity are cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlaw?

Very little to be honest, sometimes updates are made unneccesarily I think which cause minor confusions i.e. the moving of buttons to different places otherwise really not much else. Actually, setting up coding layouts and that being a database/project admin meaning you don't get automatic access to all coding layouts on the platform is absurd, must change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping with all the traditional eDisclsoure and DSAR issues that it is created and meant for. However we are finding that with the evolution of the platform and the GenAI, RAG Models and Agentic AI integration with Claude it is now becoming much more than just a eDisclosure and DSAR tool and can be used for a number of different bulk repetative tasks that legal teams need to carry out like, bulk redactions, summarisation of documents etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
