The integration between EG and HubSpot is great too and the chrome extension is very nice. Onboarding team has been tremendous help and they've even added an AI in the UI that is capable of not only answering questions but also doing the work. It is fully justified. Not the easiest tagging system to work with and makes it sometimes a bit difficult to have a clear view of progress. We run through hundreds of companies and its easy to lose track of where we've been and have a clearly defined structure within the tool that fits our use case.
