I like the ease of use of Everbridge SnapComms. We set it up and just maintain it so it's ready to go when needed. In times of crisis, it's helpful because it allows us to get the word out as needed. I think how you import contact details could be easier. Instead of putting them in one at a time, the import option works, but sometimes we have to go in and fix details if they are not in there correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
